These two shots show recent visitors to our yard: a goldfinch and a catbird. Neither are common in our yard, so it is a treat when we spot one.

Well, I'm jealous of your Goldfinch! We keep trying to attract them to the yard, but no luck.
We see them all over the place during migration, except our yard!
The Catbirds should be heading back north soon and we'll miss them, too.
